Warehouse & Customer Support Assistant
-Manage daily customer service emails
-Manage all returns & exchanges
-Flexible to work back & forth between showroom and warehouse
-Flexible to assist Wholesale team & Marketing Manager
-Customer outreach to drive showroom in-person or virtual shopping appointments
-Welcoming and engaging with customers as they shop in showroom
-Cleaning, organzing and restocking the showroom
-Retail, wholesale, or fashion background encouraged, but not required
-Have a can-do attitude. Willing to help with & learn all aspects of the business!
